RETURN POLICY
- We do not offer refunds or returns for any of our consumable products i.e. elixir and custom healixir formulations.
- Laser and LED products have a 14 day return window starting at the date of delivery to the buyer’s shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
- Qualified returns are accepted for in store credit or exchange only
- Merchandise cannot be returned without a Return authorization number, shipments not having prior approval will be refused. To obtain a Return authorization number, Please contact us.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST APPEAR ON ALL CARTONS RETURNED - All returned material must be in new and unused condition.
Made-To-Order products:
- You will be responsible for 50% of the product price for Made-To-Order cancellations once production begins.
- Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped can not be canceled.
- Made-To-Order products are non refundable. No exceptions.
