Have you experienced any or some of these symptoms in the past?:
- Getting hooked into dysfunctional family programming (we all know it usually comes up this time of year 🙁)
- Overwhelm
- Falling into the power sucking martyr archetype because you feel you have to do it all
Yes, we all know that the holidays can be both fun and draining.
The good news is that every day brings an opportunity to become more:
- Awake
- Loving
- Devoted to your path
- Aware of Spirit
How you create your life on a daily basis is your choice!
Use this week as a gift to practice ease, grace, joy, and of course, gratitude.
The powerful ceremony below will help you shift the paradigm!
Gratitude Ceremony
You’ll need:
- Candles
- A bouquet of flowers; roses or gerber daises work well for this
- Play some high vibrational music, harp tunes are amazing for this
- A bowl
1. Light the candles.
2. Set an intention for ritual.
3. Pick a flower and thank it for offering its beauty for the ceremony.
4. One by one, you will slowly be taking off a petal at a time and putting them in the bowl.
When releasing into the bowl, say:
“I am grateful for…”
“I appreciate so and so for…”
5. Repeat until you finish all the petals (you might want to do more than one flower).
6. You’ll know when you are complete, you’ll feel it in your heart.
7. Sit in silence, eyes closed, feeling high vibrational gratitude in your body.
8. Let it expand out into your auric field so you are surrounded in gratitude.
9. Ask your Higher Self if there’s anything you need to know.
10. Thank your Higher Self.
11. End with this mantra:
Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu
लोकः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु
May all be blessed with peace and joy, love and light.
May all beings, everywhere, be happy and free.
Remember the true meaning of this holiday. Gratitude is not about saying thank you, although that is the beginning…
Gratitude is about expressing heartfelt appreciation not just for what you have, but who you are becoming.
